Turning County Data Into a Story
Every year, the county publishes a Community Impact Report packed with meaningful data, such as program outcomes, regional trends, and community progress. The problem? The traditional reports created barriers for residents. In the past, St. Louis County printed and distributed a limited number of reports. However, this approach limited reach, the dense data discouraged engagement, and residents struggled to see how the information connected to their everyday lives.
The goal was clear: make the report accessible, engaging, and useful for everyone.
Our Approach
Creative Arcade reimagined the Community Impact Report as a fully interactive digital experience.
We transformed complex county data into a visually engaging, story-driven landing page. By pairing clean design with intuitive navigation, we created a mobile-friendly experience that makes it easy for residents to explore insights and understand impact.
The Results
The impact was immediate and measurable. We eliminated print and distribution limitations and expanded access across the entire county. As a result, engagement increased, and there was improved understanding of key community outcomes.
This work didn’t just resonate with the community; it earned industry recognition.
