Means users are finding info.
To combat these issues, we spent three months diving into needs and wants. After the discovery phase, we got to building. The results were a cohesive site that moved St. Louis County into the modern era. We built a website that accomplished all their goals.
One of the highlights of the website was creating a universal document library that not only served documents throughout the website, but in one repository for users to search through every document on the site. This was key for content managers to keep content current and for users to have multiple ways to search for detailed public information.
The website was recognized with the 2019 Minnesota Association of Government Communicators (MAGC) Northern Lights Silver Award.
