Carlton County SWCD looked to Creative Arcade when it came time for a brand refresh. Over the years, their mission had grown, expanding programs that protect, restore, and enhance Carlton County’s natural resources. But their brand needed to catch up. 

So we skipped the stiff conference room routine and brought in the Power of Play. Instead of a traditional discovery meeting, we handed our markers and paper and invited stakeholders and team members to draw it out (literally). At first, the team was hesitant, but they quickly realized that this method helped ideas flow and new voices to step forward. The result? Clearer thinking, better collaboration, and ideas you don’t get from bullet points alone.
