Creative Arcade is growing as Kate Rod becomes the newest addition to the marketing agency’s team, taking on the role of content writer. A recent graduate from the College of St. Scholastica, Rod brings fresh ideas, a positive attitude, and, no doubt, a spark of creativity to the table.
“I have always loved writing,” stated Rod. “I like giving my writing a unique voice, continuously improving my work, and using writing as a way to reach out to people.”
Rod found her passion for writing while in high school after becoming a reporter for her county sentinel. Her work ranged from writing personal column pieces to stories that showcased the people and events in her community. It was inevitable that her love of writing would carry over into college, where she majored in Communication and Organizational Behavior. In her more recent work, Rod was a Wellness Program Manager for HealthPartners where she managed and developed communications to promote Essentia Health’s employee wellness program.
“As we continue our growth as an inbound marketing partner for clients, writing is an extremely important foundation to provide,” said Jeff Ruprecht, Partner/Interactive Director.
Rod is looking forward to showcasing her skills and style as part of the Creative Arcade team while also learning more about what the agency has to offer.
Phil Davidson, Partner/Creative Director, added, “We like the fact that Kate brings writing experience plus her organizational behavior knowledge to us while wanting to learn more about the products and services that we offer our clients.”
