New Team Member
We kicked off the year with a new addition to our team. In January, Maggie DenHerder joined us as a new copywriter. With a background in brand-side marketing and public relations, Maggie brings a wealth of experience crafting compelling marketing materials such as digital content, blog entries, and digital ads. With a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Kansas, Maggie is eager to apply her skills and contribute to our success.

The 11th annual Zenith Digital Marketing Conference was held on Thursday, April 11, 2024. It is designed for marketing pros of all levels who want to engage in meaningful digital marketing programs. The conference strives to provide attendees with the strategies, tactics, and tools necessary to make more money through digital marketing. We sent our writer there for her first experience at the conference. We thought it was a smashing success, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event. Family First Campaigns
Fairview Range
Our latest campaign with Fairview Range highlighted the story of Sarah Erickson, a nuclear medicine technologist born and raised on the Iron Range. She now raises her family on their farm, Ubuntu Ranch. Ubuntu means humanity towards others, a principle dear to both her and Fairview Range. We followed Sarah to her family farm, where we captured moments of her family tending and riding their horses and ending the night cozied up by a campfire. Stay tuned for this heartwarming video.
Grand Itasca
Grand Itasca is more than just healthcare—it’s a family. Our campaign spotlighted Lindsey Peratalo, a psychiatric nurse practitioner whose family is rooted in the community. Her husband and brother-in-law also work at Grand Itasca as physical therapists, making a difference every day. We captured the essence of their family’s valuable work at the hospital, ending with a competitive family game night. This tradition keeps them connected, just like the care they provide.
Cheers to Nine Years
Wow! It’s been nine years already? Phil Davidson and Jeff Ruprecht celebrated nine years since co-creating Creative Arcade. And what better way to celebrate than with a refreshing bloody mary? Stay tuned for our big plans to celebrate our milestone anniversary next year.
Taking on New Challenges/Industry or Client Expansion
The largest housing development in Duluth, MN, history asked to work with us! That’s right, we’re kind of a big deal. Incline Village needed our design expertise and local knowledge to create not one but seven distinct logos and names for their new buildings. Despite a tight deadline, we not only met it but also exceeded expectations, describing the unique qualities that draw people to Duluth. Paying homage to the historic Incline Village, we told a story of the Duluth elements, starting at the beautiful waters and working our way up the hill to the expansive sky.
Client Success
Aluminum Cabinet Company
Since partnering with Aluminum Cabinet Company (ACC), we’ve helped them expand their business significantly. Our work on their website has led to a remarkable increase in quote requests, driving business growth and necessitating the hiring of two new employees. Now, we’re working on a custom catalog to showcase their spectacular products and reach an even broader audience.
Destination Fitness
Our relationship with Destination Fitness has evolved from a brand refresh to a long-term partnership. Through our assistance with their social media and marketing materials, we’ve helped them expand their clientele significantly. Their new gym and wellness center, which offers a 24-hour fitness center, training classes, massage therapy, and a juice bar, is a testament to their growth. Watch out—they’re just getting started.
Industry Recognition
If you could go back in time and warn yourself about something, what would you say? This thought inspired our 2023 campaign for St. Louis County, aiming to boost Medical Assistance renewals, which had dropped significantly since the pandemic. We produced four engaging videos featuring “Average Jill” meeting her future self in 2024, delivering crucial reminders to renew coverage. Despite challenges such as address changes, lack of knowledge, and general confusion, our innovative and entertaining approach successfully raised awareness and encouraged timely renewals. This campaign had fantastic results across all platforms and even received positive feedback from other counties in the area. In fact, we just got word that we will be receiving some awards for this work – stay tuned.
